This night is about the increasing awareness for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) and IMCA Stock Cars.

The Dominick Bruns Memorial Race For IMCA Stock Cars -  Dominick Bruns was the infant child of Becky and Shawn Bruns (IMCA Stock Car Driver) who passed away from of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).  The Bruns family has started a non-profit organization to help in the fight against SIDS.  The organization has provided sleep blankets to local hospitals in Redwood and Renville Counties for every newborn born there and they are hoping to expand this program.

In Memory of Dominick we will have a special race for the IMCA Stock Cars on this Night.  The Jackson Speedway has added over $500 to the Stock Car Purse for this Night.  The Stock Cars will run last, and in memory of Dominick we will have all of the drivers release balloons on the parade lap.  The Bruns Family will also be donating free balloons to all kids for the evening.  And will also have the brad new Dominick Bruns Memorial T-shirts this weekend, all the proceeds which go toward the Memorial Fund. 

Here is the Current Stock Car Payout: 500, 300, 250, 200, 175, 150, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100 (so its $100 through15th Place) and $50 on Back for this race.  Plus the SMART Bonus Money that will pay an additional $500. $100 to each team in the top 5 of the Winning Team.
